Have you run a trace on your route ? If not, here's a free iptrace utility to use.ftp://ftp.owo.com/pub/uo/uotrace/uotrace.exe
I keep getting a "Connection Refused" when I click that link.
I would NOT tell them that I was having a problem with gaming. They probably wouldn't pay too much attention to that. I would phrase it like "I'm having problem with realtime communications on the net, and I've identified routers on your network that are the problem. This is impacting my business.", or some such.
Well i have nothing to really imput, but Solo that site works fine (i was just there and have been there a million times in my Ulitma Online obsession)
You should be able to identify the problem routers in your path.
Using "traceroute" one will find the routes packages go through, but to think that the first high ping routers are the culprits can be (and most often IS) misleading.Cheaters-r-Scum
