I never connected to Balticum, just to mutant and t4.

Something screwy, if it was a proxy actually on my machine it would have been caught at mutant.
My guess is that t4 is compromised.

Anticheat said I was cheating on Balticum-TV teamplay server when I connected to tourney4. Initially it didn't but after a couple reconnects it kicked me $:-\$ . An admin reset the server, and the problem appears to be gone.

That wasn't me. Apparently, if somebody is aliasing as you on another server (I think it is Razor on Balticum-TV) you get kicked for proxying

Interesting.

However, the only entries for your IP in the Hall O' Shame point to that 212.59.18.25 (games.balticum.lt) server.

So I'm going to assume for the moment, even though you got kicked once on t4, it relates to someone spoofing your IP on the balticum server. (Rather than t4 being specifically compromised.)

But, will need to learn more about how this spoofing attack works.

Yes, IPs can be spoofed easily at the UDP level; it's up to the application to add an extra layer (challenge/response in the simplest form) to verify the communication from that IP.

Based on what's been said so far, it would appear AC's proxy detection can be fooled if the attacker knows your IP and forges packets containing your IP address.

Currently only R1CH knows exactly how the proxy detection is implemented.

Erica mentioned to me yesterday, That everyone that was kicked, was using r1q2, Yet me and her weren't, while on t4 we didn't get kicked using ac. I don't know if it's a coincidence, or not but, Just thought I'd share this.

and then i find someone else (Razor) cheating in Balticum-Tv using my name and {FLP}Eternity name.

no wonder it was x that showed up with those violations first

oh well, everyone told him a long time ago that being friends with razor would just end badly

and vital wtf does it matter if you have anticheat violations? your an admitted hacker anyway....

anyway on a more related note, couldnt one of the servers be forcing a file download that isnt necessary? r1q2 could kick in a modular dll file or something pertaining to a certain mod or certain map and then run that computer as a proxy bouncing point to use the same ip or something, same way the zombie computers were infected that douchebag used to connect to ts from... that wouldnt explain the low ping though, so it could just be a forged packet with a modified client...
