That doesn't really clear anything up about WHY anticheat was booting you for an "unknown renderer". Seeing as how R1CH himself (or it appears that way) compiled that particular file, I can't believe that he would take the time to create the file and put it up for people to use, and then completely forget to add the data about the file to AntiCheat so that it wouldn't be regarded as an "unknown renderer". Maybe if you can find documentation of R1CH himself mentioning how your binhacked version of ref_soft might show up as that, then it would prove your claims.

You might wanna read back on the part where i explain the ref_soft.dll i used was obviously NOT the stock one, But one i got from R1ch's website, it was used back in like 2005.. since the STOCK version did NOT WORK ON MY MACHINE.

If it wasn't the stock one (which you are saying would not work) and you were using software mode until you changed to one that worked sometime this year in 2010, then you'd have never gotten to connect with AC and software mode without getting the same kick message, up until sometime in 2010 when you stopped getting kicks (which supposedly coincides with the time you changed to a legit renderer .dll)

So your statement that you were using AC the entire time since "you figured out how" is either false, or you weren't using the renderer that was getting you kicked the entire time.

Can you see how this would make people think that your story doesn't make sense?

What does that prove about which renderer you were actually using?
It's proof that some people HAD a problem with using software mode and an older version of r1q2, but it doesn't explain away how YOU weren't getting constant AC kicks for using the "unknown" ref_soft.dll you had up until you switched to one that is "known".

You'd have been unable to play at all with AC until you switched out that .dll, because AC would kick you on every server for the same violation.

Notice how the kicks were intermittent. This would seem to show that either you weren't using AC all the time like you claim, or you weren't using the ref_soft.dll that was getting you kicked the entire time up until you changed to a "known" one.

Somewhere in there, you were either removing the anticheat.dll or swapping out which renderer you were using to get on and play without being kicked.

Both seem like they are actions that are out of the ordinary, and combined with your apparent lack of good judgement, the efforts you took to go to other AC servers than TS and test it, and your constant contact with a known cheater, they look downright suspicious.

Avg deletes anticheat, i have no idea how long i played without it, until someone told me i wasnt using ac, because i was busting someones nuts about not using ac

First you seem to claim that it's your pak that caused AC to boot you.

Then you seem to claim that it's some modified ref_soft.dll from R1CH himself that caused it.

I say "seem to claim", because you won't make a clear assertion as to which one you think is the real culprit. You won't post the pak that you claim caused it. You can't quote R1CH as saying that his modified software renderer will cause anticheat to kick for "unknown renderer".

So the only thing I can assume is that you LIKE being called a cheater since you won't do either one of the things that will help clear this bullshit up.

Hell no, I understand you probably didnt read EVERYTHING i typed, so here goes, it was on my EX-MACHINE as i stated before, the pak file is no longer with me, same with the unknown renderer, and its been like that for a long time, all you guys have is false positives and untill you find something REAL (good luck with that seriously)

I went to the link you provided and I downloaded the ref_soft.dll that you were supposedly using.
From what you've said, this was the one getting you kicked for "unknown renderer".

These kicks were occuring as recently as January of this year, and the renderer has been out for many years.

I replaced my stock ref_soft with it and connected to an anticheat server with AC loaded.
I changed my renderer from r1gl to software (loaded the non-stock ref_soft) and I wasn't kicked.

I also tried it with the renderer loaded before connecting.

I showed up AC valid both times.
