I've played the ts servers from home a lot, follow the rules, etc.
But I cannot connect to railz, or almost all, save mutant.

If you already have all the new IP's, i'm not sure what to tell you. Hopefully Quads will contact you soon through PM.

What exactly happens when you try to connect to other servers? I.e. what messages are printed in your console?

Hmm. goto doesn't work. Tried typing in the IPs directly, - NADA.
Occasionally through QTracker I can get onto mutant or vanilla - can ALWAYS get onto railz

connect tastyspleen.net:27912 in the console... and what happens?

27910 27911 27912 27916... mutant, railz, vanilla, dm, all on same box so if you can connect to one you should be able to get to all.

unless you were black holed or somthing, I think that is server specific.
