Quadz and I have talked them up before, but saw them in concert this weekend in Columbus. Amazing show, great raw sound, she worked the stage like a caged lion...

They only play small venues, so there were only 1,000 people tops. Was able to walk right up to the stage.

I stepped back into my old Boxing Gym for the first time in 16 years last month while I was on vacation back in my home town. I started working the Heavy Bag while playing this song

I got too enthusiastic and felt something in my right shoulder pull after about 20 minutes of hitting the bag. The next day and for 3 days after that I could not move my right arm at all!LOL

I used to be able to break ribs and knock guys out with my right hook. Now I'm too old even for pump up music.

I just listened to the song again and here i am anxious to go back to the gym again. I'm a dumb bastard.
