slight video lag

okay here are my stats 22inch hd monitor hdmi to dvi cord , quad core phenom 9500 , ati 2400hd 256 video card

it was brought to my attention that these new lcd monitors have a max refresh rate of 60hrtz

so even if i have max fps set to 90 im still only kicking 60. could this be the reason to my slight video lag iv just recently noticed it not sure what i changed that makes the game run this way im pritty sure i was getting 300+ fps not too long ago!

fix is gl_swapinterval 0

fps is over 300 now thx rich
