timers for tourney

if timers are legit , plz post some up , i need one for mega and red armor

plz post bind for my cfg also , if you can put mega on up arrow , red armor on left arrow , ext! i just wanna use my up down left right arrows to activate timers

if their not allowed then i guess i wont get em thx

I used to have some archived which I didn't post on my site. Sadly, when my hard disk failed, I lost all of my original archives I had put together. There are several paks out there that have timers in them. You'll probably find them through one of the links on Adam's site. From what I remember, they were kind of annoying because they were do-it-yourself WAV files recorded by some overweight English nerd with a heavy brummy accent. I don't know what the guy who made them actually looked like, but I liked to imagine that he was the same WoW uber-geek that was in that legendary South Park episode.

there really is no mega timer.. it's 20seconds after you reach 100h or the other person reaches 100h.

yes but that's the whole point, you would hit the timer bind for mega as your health dropped < 100, or heard the appropriate health noise from your opponent.

oh and timers suck, i've never used them so it's hard for me to understand how much easier it is than simply looking at the gameclock.

Assuming you/your enemy had 100 health upon picking up the mega, and you/your opponent didn't get injured while having the mega.

Hehe, here's a quad timer I once made that starts with a voice saying "It's official...you suck!" just to remind me when I decide to pick it up .  I also have a timer for armor but I can't say that I use it much since armor spawns every 20 seconds. The only times i use it is when I hear someone else pick up the RA. But anyway, even if I press a timer bind out of habit, it doesn't mean I'm actually trying to be there when the timer runs out.

Nah, I wasn't referring to you, I didn't think you made them. Your accent isn't THAT heavy is it? I think I got many of the paks that I pulled apart for my archives from the links provided on your page. BTW, I once saw a screenshot from someone in BTF (I think) that featured caligraphy health/ammo numbers and an inverted crucifix for the health icon. Anyone know where I can find that pak?
