Haunted doesn't give a fuck about id or any agreements he checked a silly little box for. In regards to the last screenshot, it goes fullscreen and is basically normal q3 when you press alt+enter.

it keeps freezing every 30 seconds or so.. don't know why that's happening. maybe the computer here at work is bunk.. but it's brand new! the university just purchased these like 2 months ago. kinda making me sad. ;'(
plus.. how do i get to the multiplayer screen? i keep having to duel the damn bot.

K_, I'm not sure whether or not you have to beat the bot first but i don't think so. After all it's just a training session that you can skip/leave. Press Escape to get a popup with options and choose leave match(?) (Just a tip: to open the console press ctrl+alt+~ and type /com_allowconsole 1 to bind it to "~")
In that first picture that haunted the brave posted you can see the 'online games' and 'offline games' buttons, as far as I know that is where you can switch from botgames to online games and vice versa.
Check the Forum there for threads about performance, I already lowered some settings and it runs okay but I haven't experienced any frequent freezes. Anyway it seems that firefox has some plugins (eg. 'talkback' plugin) that can slow things down, so if you're using that disable it or otherwise try it in IE.
