I don't think I'd go so far as to use the term deserve.

I might rephrase the question as, "are you saying you're surpised your actions have elicited a bullying or taunting response from certain elements of the community?"

i really dont act different anywhere else. if there was a need for me to speak out, i would, and im sure people would respond in a negative manor like they do here. but iv never needed to do such things in those places
