I've determined the problem to be World of Warcraft. Uninstall immediately. Well hmm... interesting registry edit to say the least. Never heard of that one...Defrag lately? Run a spyware removal tool? How many processes are running and are they all necessary?Sometimes even just reseating your memory can help, especially in a laptop.All in all, when Windows gets that sluggish it's normally best to just clean off the pallet. aka reinstall Windows.
