It's a NO GO on the CTF at the EoM server for now. Our server runs OSP, which doesn't work with CTF. If you guys really really want to play CTF, we can always just use the CTF server, that's what it's there for. No one uses it these days anyway.

That would be cool. Either way this has to happen. At least one event with people showing up and playing a good game of CTF. You don't score till you score! CTF server or not. Let this happen! Who is with me?

ACME does require anti-cheat, but if you have a legit reason and the admins agree, you may be able to get a pass.

My legit reason is I have a 4mb vid card intel solano and when I get anticheat with r1gl it is unplayable. The fps is soooo choppy you can't play.

I like the CTF map format. They are balanced , like make a map and mirror it. I have minimal experience with CTF, but, when I did try it a couple times was lots of fun.

The tech stuff you discribe means almost nothing to me, although it's likely a bonus for the seasoned CTF player.

It is [EoM] policy, and in the interest of good sportspersonship to refrain from serious trash talk on the servers.

It would be cool to get the [EoM] group together sometime. Perhaps another Q2 group (clan) is interested in joining in.

I vision about 8 players - 4v4 running around the server with 2 left feet, because of the inexperience. I am sure it would be good for a laugh!!

DM server is fucked. 2 point blank rockets from spawn and lava damage and player survived? WTF?" Also someone has fucked with the spawn points, every single time no matter how big the map you spawn right in front of the person who killed you last
