just got a condump of that bug, was on decinojump13, changed map and then this happened....

this has happened to me a few times, i think it happens when you vote a map that a server does not have.
in theory, try voting another map because q2dm1 server crash seems to only happen when you pick up a weapon (any weapon)

Lol nah gouki, the maps are definately on the server.
I have been on the server and voted three different maps one after another and it still stays on dm1, t must be some sort of bug, Lohmatiy knows about this, ive already informed him, removing the weapons would cause a problem too, as that map would be on forever, the server has to crash and reset before this map can be changed it seems.
Loh knows about this and is working on it, so any information about it, please just condump it or share the info here as it would help, thanks.

Decino, its not particular maps that crashes the server, its just a bug on the server, we tried removing the weapons so lohmatiy could pause the map and try to  investigate the problem, as we was both on the server at the time this happened, but even though we told the players NOT to get a weapon, they retrieved a weapon before we could log in and remove weapons, therefore the server was reset.
Its not maps that crash the server, as maps that are very well known in the choice list at the end of the maps will still change to dm1 even though players choose a well known map.
So dont worry mate, your maps arent corrupt and your new map is pretty cool fair play, even though i suck at ice haha  :headbang:
