The reason CWHORE fails is usually becasue it is well beyond the bounding bow of the usual player *.md2's guidlines.

File checks are all to do with the Q2 server you're playing on, not anticheat. The server obviously doesn't have the correct version of the crakhor model in the list.

I believe that bug lies in the way we have the AC model checks set up on some TS servers. It causes a false positive if you don't have the crakhor model and q2 replaces it with the male/grunt by default.

I notice this all the time because I have model downloads set to off and only my brightskin/player model .pak in my q2 directory, with males, females and cyborgs. Everything else I deleted when people were using little invisible custom models, and I never turned player model downloadin back on.
