Greetings,

The current tx.tastyspleen.net server, which has graciously been provided by Gator all this time, is going down sometime this Friday, July 18th.

I have no idea what TIME on Friday it will be gone, so let's consider Thursday the 17th to be its last day.

We will attempt to migrate all the servers over to tastyspleen.net. This should be possible for most of them, except for a few where there may be no linux binary available.

This is a busy week for me, so there will probably be some downtime for many of the tx servers, until I can complete the migration. However, I will try to start with the most popular servers first.

As of the last 40 days or so, these are the TX servers sorted by number of connects:

Update: Well I had to start somewhere, and the eom server was the 3rd most popular on tx, so it seemed as good a choice as any to begin the migration...

The new eom server is running on: 74.54.186.236:27919

I have no idea if all the configs are working, but the FFA config appears to be OK.

There is no wallfly there yet, thus no GOTO. However, if someone from EoM can confirm this new server seems correctly configured, then I can move wallfly/GOTO over there.

ref / r_con pass needs to be activated.

Quadz is buying the property right next door to your location, just for that reason.

I ping the same @ the NEW server as the old [EoM] server. You pinged 50 - 60, Nothing wrong with that. Be happy it didn't go higher.

EDIT: 5KiLLz did not realize the NEW sever was actually up and running when he posted.

Err....

...there seems to be some confusion on this point. The btf servers and tastyspleen servers have separate rcon passwords. It's the tastyspleen rcon that is changing... btf still has its own rcon.
