Quake 2 v3.20 crashes.

Im using the old classic client v3.20.

Sometimes when i try to go on a server
my computer overload and then it says
quake2.exe caused a problem.

It makes me so mad everytime.

It has even happent on my other computer.

What the hell is the fucking problem?

When i connect to the euro servers it has never
been any problems but when i connect
here it keeps crashing sometimes.

your not using r1q2

I don't think he can. I think he's still using Win98. Either r1q2 or anticheat isn't compatible with it, maybe just anticheat. If r1q2 will run on his machine, GET IT!!! The r1gl rendering is much better, the downloads are faster, the mouse aiming is smoother. You're only making it harder to play without it. R1Q2 FTW!!!!!!1

I knew somebody would say something like that
but i tried that client once and didnt like it.

But is there a way i can fix this?

I think he's still using Win98.

Im running windows 2000 pro sp4.

Old but a stable and good system.

r1q2 is just like normal quake2, theres no reason why you shouldnt like it

Maybe his wallhax don't work with r1q2... did you ever think of that x'upid??!?!?   


EDIT: Razor, maybe its something else running thats causing the crash, ie; winamp, internet explorer, etc.

Funny, since i made this post it havent
crashed once and thats wondeful.
