and actually i would think its just as good for your wrist as any gel wristpad.. ive gone through a couple of those myself.. ive got a habit of ripping them open to play with the jelly thing inside

Hahahah reminds of the the early 80's and strecth armstrong.Me and my brother stretched him till he broke and played with the jelly!Hope it was non toxic! doh!
