Ok, first off, there was an alias by the name of 'phire' on tourney. Me and the people there didnt want to play with an alias so we vote kicked him. One vote was called, and it passed immediately. He comes back and turns into a ref and kicks me off the team so he could have it back. Admin abuse.

Next we play a 2v2, and he cries cause hes getting owned, and i tell him to stfu and eat more watermellon like a n1gger. I get banned, which is totally uncalled for because jame3z (who was in the server and black) laughed at the comment cause even he thought it was funny.

But my ban is not the issue here. The issue is that 'phire' got vote kicked BY THE PEOPLE OF THE SERVER, and he comes back and uses his ref powers to kick me off the team so he can have it back. That is the issue of abuse of power.

If the people of the server (greater than 50%) agree that a player be vote kicked, then he should be kicked and not use his ref powers to come back and be able to play.

Dealing only with this issue for the moment: I haven't checked the logs yet, but I'll agree that if it went down as described above, that would be inappropriate use of referee powers.
