suicide... the easy way out?

heyas

last night, my younger sisters friend killed himself. the reasons for which are not known at this time
he was always like that, depressed and such. someone who you would give the title of "emo"
but why is it that i care so much? that i feel bad for someone that i wish would die herself ?

because... i think i have a much greater understanding and respect of the topic through my illnesses
i understand why people would want to do such a thing, so much so that i would not stop them from doing it if they truly thought it was what needed to be done

i cant say that its something i would do myself, even though i have thought of such things
its against everything i stand for, i dont believe in quitting without a fight. i refuse to give up so quickly because i have not experienced the good things in this world
even though iv only experienced the bad

when i was going to highschool normally, i had what i think was a very close friend. she was the only one, she was the reason for my existence.
someone however tried very hard to destroy that. i guess you could call him the shit talker of the school, he pissed alot of people off because of his mouth
then one day... he did it to the wrong person he talked shit about me to my friend, and she didnt want to be around me anymore after that

i thought my life was over, i didnt want to live anymore since i thought i had lost the only thing that kept me going
but i would not let it end there... lets just say that he NEVER talked shit ever again after i was done with him
my friend and i still talk, but shes in university now and we dont see each other much

the point is, suicide might be the easy way out. but its not the only way
we gotta keep going and moving forward despite what the evils of the world send our way

When I was young and involved with my families church,   a girl from our church had a friend
hang herself.   The girl from our church,  whom I had spent time with at alot of functions took the same route.


Very disturbing,  but really hits hard when it's people so close.
I don't think anyone who hasnt thought about it themselves can really grasp the issue.

Any day above ground is a good one in my opinion.
