I tried to join, but was unable to dl map.  The server must have a different version or something.  I deleted mine and still couldn't get in.   :(

Not a huge turnout, and I was sicker than a dog all weekend, but the first game of the Insta500 series was a success!
We learned a bit about the server too :P

Learned that servers with good connections are apparently hard to come by ? Maybe, I'll have them change machines that the server is on, obvious server CPU lag goin on there.
I'll be working on that site more and more lately. I've recently had a fight with my ISP who's been providing me some really crap service the last week or so, dropping many packets at the 2nd hop, pinging anywhere from 70-250 from the third hop, and now has escalated into a DNS problem. ugh.... :bomb:
Nice work by dervish on making that snazzy stats page to hold it for now.

DM server is fucked. 2 point blank rockets from spawn and lava damage and player survived? WTF?" Also someone has fucked with the spawn points, every single time no matter how big the map you spawn right in front of the person who killed you last
