Go to control panel, then Add/ Remove programs. Look for any software related to your previous graphics card, click it, and then click Add/ Remove.
If this doesn't help, let us know what type of graphics card you previously had in there.

You shouldn't need to 'delete' anything. The Add/ Remove programs should take care of it for you. Really! It's not as difficult as you are thinking it is. Please answer the following questions:
1. What was your previous graphics card? (if you don't know, then that is ok, but let us know)
2. Where did it tell you to remove previous graphics software (an error on the screen or in the manual?)
Answer these and we'll have you up and running in no time.

There are more ways to uninstall your vid drivers but here's one (as described here
http://www.directron.com/howtovideo.html
)
Removing the driver (Display Adapter) for the current video card.
To make the installation process easier, you must tell Windows to use its generic display adapter driver, which has settings that will work with every video card. Otherwise, your current video card settings might interfere with your new video card.
(Note: If you are running Windows NT, 2000, or XP, make sure you are logged in as an Administrator. Otherwise you will be unable to complete these steps.)
1. Locate the My Computer icon
2. Right-click the My Computer icon, and select Properties
3. If you are in Windows 95, 98, or ME, select the Device Manager tab.
4. If you are using Windows NT, 2000, or XP, select the Hardware tab, then select the Device Manager button
5. Double-click the menu item labeled Display adapters. Your current display adapter will appear immediately below as a separate menu item.
6. Right-click the display adapter text that has just appeared. A menu with several options will appear.
7. Select Remove or Uninstall from this menu.
8. Select Yes if any additional prompts appear. If Windows prompts you to restart your computer, select No.
9. Shut down your computer normally.
You're now ready to physically remove the old video card from your computer and replace it with the new one.
Then you can turn your computer on again. If you see an image on your screen, then your new video card is properly secured.
(Note: If you do not see anything on your monitor, first make sure your monitor is on, and then make sure the cable is plugged in securely. Also double check to make sure that your new video card is firmly and properly seated.)

I don't worship the devil. Jesus is Lord, friend. He died for your sins. He will forgive you if you just ask.
