New years eve: This pic was taken right after I came back from a wedding reception where i had 5 strong toddies and some beer. Then in my buddy's room where the pic is taken we all killed a half gallon of crown special reserve. It was a good pregame for the actual new years party. i'm on the left.

I don't know... I'm only getting worse. I use to think I could drink a lot when I was like 21-23 and I could but now it's a total joke of the amount of alcohol I consume in a night. Gosh lets see I started New Years Eve with straight double shots on ice of Jefferson, I had 4 of those within maybe a hour and a half with maybe 3 or 4 buds in between for game playing. At the point we went to the raokee bar for a couple hours where I polished off 6 Mia Tais (this places mai tais are ridiculous). Went home and start working on a handle of Sailor Jerry and a beer here and there while again playing some card games and what not. Now I recall going to bed around 7am, the sun was just coming up but the handle of Jerry was over half gone when I recovered late that evening. That is a alcohol problem. All of which I kept my composure pretty well, a few spacey areas I don't remember here and there but I did nothing crazy or at least out of the ordinary. Sadly this is a regular fri/sat for me... my hang overs are ridiculous. It's like once I start, I can roll all night consuming completely inhuman amounts of hard liquor... I'm not even a big guy either.

You should try drinking a glass of water for every cocktail to cut those hangovers back and make them bearable.
You wont be pissing any more than usual, but you'll feel a hell of a lot better the next day.

Yeah the water trick helps, gets hard to maintain two glasses as the night of booze drags on though. I do try to chug water before bed, but typically forget.

The best cure for a hang over, for me at least, is wake up, gauge the hang over. If feeling like total crap, I chew up a xanax, then chug half a beer. Then go back to bed. A few hours later, I feel like a new man and ready to start over.
