On a different note......WTF is up with your housing prices out in Vancouver? I knew they were high but what on earth is going on out there? How do you and Sigma cope? I can't imagine people are all making 6 figure salaries to afford some of these junky places at those absurd prices. Here's a typical example I pulled off of MLS.....Would you pay 600 Thousand for this??

haha i know, 2nd most expensive place in canada to live.  im actually like 8 hrs away from Van out in the bush lol so my rents 500 a month ;p 
but sigma moved away from down town van i believe. but yeah, its retarded. so many homeless there because of housing prices. you pretty much need 5 room mates to live there or a big debt!

all the housing went up too because of the 2010 olympics going there to whistler black comb

and they dont get winter in Van! woo hoo!!  just a lot of rain all winter, thats def a selling point.
Houses on the Island (Vancouver Island) are just as bad, in the capital city Victoria.

2nd most expensive? Not according to StatsCan. At $570K average price, its numero uno...baby. However thru diligent searching I found this cozy little home at a very affordable $451 Thousand. Tony (Kwok Tung) Tang assured me it was ggod value.
