Just Got Nickle and Dimed by a Pizza Hut

In My area Papa Johns and some local pizza and sub shops have reputations for this practice. This is why they close down quickly in my area. However tonight Pizza Hut of all placed tried the same thing on me. I'm not going into detail because I went into detail when I filed a complaint with the BBB.

This is not a mom and pop store. This is a respectable corporate store that has no history of this in my area. I don't even want to eat. I'm just ready to blow up I'm so ticked off.

In a nut shell the delivery guy didn't show me an itemized receipt but confirmed verbally that we were charged the advertised price. He also did not explain a "delivery charge" until after he got his tip. After that he tried to sell for cash dipping sauces, without a receipt, that this specific pizza hut has never once charged for previously. Finally upon further review of the sales slip the advertised price was not charged for the food. It was charged at a regular rate. I asked the jack ass directly if we were sold the advertised price and he even reviewed the receipt and agreed.

Papa Johns has actually done that to me before so I challenged them and they backed down. This time my phone was dead and their corporate internet complaint line is not functional due to the server being too busy. Screw them. I hope more people complain verbally because this is bull crap. I don't even want to eat the food I just overpaid for. I didn't order a loss of appitite. I ordered a flipping pizza.

Ordered one delivered,  but the one by us doesnt deliver,  so I pick it up.
  it was all wrong,  so I called to talk about it.  The store I got it from closes an hour early,

So I arrange to get another pizza from another not so near by pizza hut,  I pay for that one,
after agreeing to get the money back from the first one (who messed it up)

No end of trouble after that,   I personally dont give a shit over it,  but my girl at the time
would not let it go.

We got a check in the mail from somebody,  15  bux,  I dont even remember cashing it   lol.

If you ever order with a credit card, when they get to the door and you want to give them a cash tip, make sure you cross out the tip section of the slip you sign else the dishonest assholes write in like $10 and take your cash tip. Did that to me once... now I take the slip from them and draw about 100 lines through the tip section.

This is one of the resons that we  started making our own pizzas. Time consuming and messy, but exzcellent.

I ordered 2 meat lovers pizza's for me and some buddies, waited 1 hour, the pizza arrived cold, had olives on it...so I called to complain, and all they offered me was a 4 dollar credit to the store...ya pizza hut sucks ass

you guys all have horrible pizza places.  I've eaten from nearly every pizza place in the area (6, 1 pizza hut & 5 locals, the newest one I haven't eaten at) & have NEVER had ANY issues with any of them.  Never messed up an order, always remedied a situation if one arose, heck, one gave me a discount because I ordered "the works" (pizza with EVERYTHING they have on it) & didn't want anchovies & olives.  Every pizza place in town shows you your pizza before you take it.  They also confirm everything else you ordered (fries, subs, etc).  Something missing/wrong they get it right.  They mess up they take the loss & give you a replacement.  One time I got a free 1/2 a sub because they messed up someone else's order right before me by mistake & she didn't want it for free.    Even Pizza Hut insists they fix the order if the accidentally make a mistake, and I pay nothing extra.

Two pizza places know me by first name & when I walk in ask if I want my usual order (well, same at the local gamestop, farm store, meat shop & grocery store too...).  Advantage to living in a small town?
