Are we ready to switch all tourney servers to OpenTDM?

the menu should be there for total new comers, however I definitely find it easier to navigate by knowing a set list of cmds

well that seems like a reasonable compromise, and since they aren't mutually exclusive options it should be do-able.

If a train leaving from Chicago at 11:37pm travels to Washington DC at 56mph, what will be the velocity of the fist thrown towards the computer screen by the dial-up dork when you use a hyperblaster against him? What will be the force of that blow upon the monitor in pounds per square inch?

How many weeks of physical therapy will he need to rehabilitate his hand?

(after all, if he's on 56k, chances are he's got an old-school huge glass tube monitor)

Hi all.

I'm managing to move some of the TG-Italy servers actally running OSP over the new OpenTDM mod. Personally i like the OSP mod, but We all know that OSP is closed source and has been discontinued, this means there's no way to fix bugs, there won't be new patches released for it, and no new capablities will be added. I think this is one of the best reasons to upgrade. (under some aspects, keeping using OSP is something similar to still using win9x, or a 2.2 linux kernel nowadays).

It seems that there's no reason for keep OSP running.. ((maybe except for some menu related features), and it has been replaced by OpenTDM on some of the euro's servers. But.. as i can see, there are still servers running OSP, and more than a year has gone since OpenTDM was installed on Tourney2 and 4... this means there are still reasons to keep OSP running?

I think quadz has never found the time to upgrade the other tourney servers . If there are reasons for not upgrading I'd love to hear them.
