Who here has gotten Steiner's Excalibur 2 sword? My strategy guide says you have to get to Memoria within 12 hours, which is impossible. I have heard of people doing it, but I cant fathom how without cheating of some sort.

i played it for like 1 1/2 hours.. called it gay and tossed it to the side.. that's where it's stayed.

it is true, and "near" impossible
i cant understand why they would make it this way though

iv spent alot more time playing and i only just got the airship
i plan to get it through gameshark

cheating is perfectly fine if the system they designed is totally retarded

yes indeed

the one thing that irks me about is how you learn your skills
you need to keep your weapon or armor equiped until its learned
and if you missed that type of armor or weapon, you dont learn the skill

thats a seriously flawed system

I just couldn't get into it.. and it just seems more "cartoony" then others I have played.

its more medieval son. medieval like castles, dragons, kingdoms etc. ff7 and 8 were pretty futuristic, real life-themed. 9 was like more of a real fantasy game, i liked it.

ff8 owns. i didnt like it at first, but i went back and beat it 2-3 more times, and it got better each time.
