Is merc allowed to boot me for such insignificancies as this?

OMG monkey I am fixin maps with other admins so you can play in normal maps not broken and cuts by sc's( caus our Quadz have got no time to do that

) !!! and you are allways talking shit on US ( you are only one who dont like how we fix maps!!! ) . when you talkin shit on me I do nothin, but when you are sayin shit about my mom or dad( and you know you were warned about that many time !!! ) talk with him some one whom he will listen to ! ( or MUTE for a while

2Toxic: Merc is allowed to boot you for outraging his parents, yeah. Because it makes him angry and he could make a mistake while fixing a map, that means you disrupt the server by calling merc's parents names.

2All: I'm sick of Toxic, he always tries to annoy admins. Me, or merc, or haunted, or whoever. 9 of 10 people, who play Jumpmod, would vote yes, if 'silence Toxic' vote is proposed. Yeah, I understand, that we don't usually permute someone for trolling, but this one is an extreme case, even worse than A2G's.

Every time Toxic starts whining, we come down to some sh17455 conversations, even if admins ignore him... In conclusion, my suggestion is: mute Toxic for a while, aswell as mesnik.

May I draw your attention to the ADMIN POLICY, specifically rules #3 and #5.

Join the server sometime and see the way these 'admins' (Lohmatiy and Merc) try to provoke a reaction out of me. Usually it's a string of foreign words with my name in the middle of it. They do this specifically to try and get me annoyed. So it's okay for them to spout their shit at me but when I react it's kickable? It's a fucking 'ur mom' joke! Anybody who takes a 'ur mom' joke to heart must be seriously lacking in the brain department. How anybody can take it personally is utterly beyond me. If the admin is going to overreact and boot for it them simply he's not a fit admin. I say 'ur mom' jokes to everybody on the server. If Merc can't handle it then he needs to get it in perspective and not deal shit out himself.

Also on a side note, Merc is apparently there to fix maps. Some of the sc's he blocks off and some he leaves have no consistency whatsoever. His decisions in this regard are questionable at best. In two different maps yesterday there were sc's that ordinarily would have been blocked but they were left open and guess what? Merc was top 3 on both of them on the scoresheet. Hmmm.

One of the hardest parts of being an admin is having a thick skin, the verbal abuse (directed at you or others) is part of the job and you are expected not to react to it. Anyone can admin if all you do is ban and mute because you are pissed it is also why so many servers dont last as the admins get head strong and let emotion rule.

We as admins have always tolerated the verbal sparing that takes place, IMO the verbal fun is done to get a rise out of an Admin and knock him off of some artificial pedestal some players believe the Admin stand on.

Kicking someone for their verbal nonsense is not in holding with how we try to run the servers, don't take it personal, makes the job so much easier (btw if it is a JOB to you then you may want to rethink why you would subject yourself to it, it is meant as a fun part of supporting a game we all like)

someone thats annoying enough, i think deserves to be kicked until they shut the fuck up. bottom line is, don't do stupid shit and you should be fine toxic. i think the thick skin thing fanny was talking about should go for everyone. admins are not baby sitters, the players should show some sense also.

Merc should have muted toxic first.

But, if toxic would have been muted first, the outcome would have been the same, and he would have had the same success as he did in posting this: Being able to bitch and moan about admins!!! Merc deserves a warning for this, as he will get one, but nothing more in my opinion. Maybe if you weren't so ignorant and stupid to admins you might get better answers and responses from them. Whether you believe it or not they're all here to facilitate things even for people like you, who need special attention
