Basic Info
Quake-Chi is a weapons mod and partial conversion for quake 2 deathmatch. It is a class based mod in which players choose from three styles of magic. Harmony and Nature, Death and Destruction, and the Energy of the Body...

Server's definitly going to be up today at noon. I have 1 new map up for this. One more is currently compiling and will hopefully be done in time to add to the list.

I should be in the game at that time. I'll make every effort to.

Here's a very quick guide for playing. You really need to read the webpage to get more info, but this quick read will help:

To switch classes:
class yin
class yang
class chi

Collect weapons 1-5 to gain spell levels

press 1-5 to switch between levels

press g to use offhand magical item

Spells work 1 of 3 ways. Swing into the air. Duck and hit the ground with your staff. Or hit another player.

The only that differ are ice blast which you have to duck and swing in the air, and the jump spell you have to be in the air when you swing.

The lvl 4 spell for chi, magic disc, is thrown by swinging, then swinging again will instantly pull it back to you hurting anyone in its path.

i played on that server a week or so ago & it downloaded everything no problem.
