hey i need help from one of the TS moderators,i think i might have got banned becuase when i try to connect it says connection refused.these past few days i havent been able to play trying to get a decent config tweaked out then this,:( plz help im goin nutz

I didn't notice any bans that should affect your IP.

Which server in particular are you trying to connect to?

Are you able to ping tastyspleen.net and/or east.tastyspleen.net from DOS ?

Is your name set to something other than "Player" ?

Is your skin set to something valid?

if i try to go into any TS "tourney servers" it wont let me says connection refused
i was using the name absolute
you think its something i got in my set up messing it up?

yes i just pinged east.tastyspleen.net in command everything worked as far as that

my connection was being refused simply cus i was on a fresh install and quake did not generate a cfg yet.i typed out my own auto exec and forgot to put my player settings like name and such,so the server didnt let me in.soon as i changed it it worked
