ADMIN POLICY FAQ

Since Lohmatity added ToxicMonkey^MZC to the list,then I think Lohmatity should be on it aswell,as it's usually Toxic defending himself,as it's usually people that start on him in the first place.
Iv'e seen Lohmatity be disruptive on the server many a times,and in recent events Lohmatity has started it.
So I think in fairness Toxic should be removed from the list.

lohm why are u always a smartass about everything. u think u have everything figures out. But i agree with king that people usually start shit with toxic and he is actually really sound/chill now. So i think he should be off the list and put lohm on the list. But i fucking think the sc on hellfire_2 needs to get fucking unblocked. It is a hard sc and doesnt even cut off 40% of the map. Im tired of these fucking dumb blocks. Our admins cant even do their jobs right.

I second the request for condumps.

When toxic objected to being added to the list, I responded that if he is ever silenced in a situation where he believes he was not engaging in disruptive behavior, to please send me a condump.

I have not received anything from him since.

I don't need condumps,I'm not a liar,plus I have just build myself a new pc,so no condumps.I do know that Loh has came into the server on a number of occasions and started on Toxic.Then Loh sits back after starting Tox,and uses his twisted brain to put the blame onto others.I do know how Loh's brain works,plus I know when Loh has it in for someone,He will go out of his way to get a reaction. It's not really to do with Tox or Loh's discussions on the server,I just know that Loh added Toxics name to the 666 list,I like them both,but as Loh is just playing games and feeding admins shite,I decided to comment on the issue.

So If it were the case,everyones name should be added,as in most busy days on the server,most of us can be very disruptive.

I've got an idea, why not just make the ENTIRE jump server silenced (if that is possible)?

No chat, no problems. 

Then, in the event of someone getting kicked for whatever reason, the condump wouldn't have mindless chatter in it.

1. Admins are NOT allowed to use admin commands to give themselves an unfair advantage on completing a map.
Perfect rule

  2. Admins should NOT force votes through for extra time, map changes, etc. just because they feel like it.  HOWEVER, it is OK to force a vote if this is in harmony with what the players on the server want.  (Facilitate, don't dictate.)
Bad rule. There is too much maps in jumpmod, where you must get more time to finish, and if player are near the gun, and time going out, admin _MUST_ add some minutes in favor of player. The admin _should_ be working for players.

  3. Admins should generally not react to personal insults.  For example: If someone says, "quadz is a dickhead" or whatever, I don't care.

  4. We generally encourage and foster freedom of speech on our servers.  However we do have a history of disallowing racist speech or hate speech.  Unfortunately this is very hard to define in writing what's OK and what's not.  If someone is showing genuine humor, or is being light and ironic, it might be fine.  If someone is acting like an asshole, probably not.  Still, admins should give at least once warning before taking action.

If someone is acting in the wrong way, that player must be silenced. The rule is clear and perfect.
 
  5. It is OK for admins to silence someone who is clearly disrupting the server.  It is generally NOT OK to silence someone just for insulting an admin.  Admins should warn someone at least once before taking action.

  6. It is OK for admins to kick someone if silencing doesn't work, and they have already been warned twice.
