my 5 favorite 2v2 maps (q2dm* maps excluded of course, I think edge + frag pipe should be mandatory like last time, unless some of you babies ease up and decide that tokays/slimy place is worth being on that list too :P)

I played a really great map the other day on mutant called "confess". I believe it would be well-suited for 2vs2 play. Please check it out on mutant by using the "mymap" command when you get the chance.

Element - please keep it down to 5.

I checked Confess - I'm sure it'd be interesting for 2v2.
Bottom level has two rockets & two yellow Armors.
Mid-Level has SSG and CG with grey armor.
Upper Level has Railgun, RA, Mega, and Adren.

Two elevator access from mid to upper.
One elevator access from bottom to upper.
One Stair access from mid to upper.

So upper floor which is really 'The' floor to control is easily accessible and will show hard to be controlled, since one can equip himself fairly well before knocking on the door.

One of my favorite maps is Cold Zero (Ven_dm2). It could be a fun 2 on 2 map.

if q2dm2 is played (which i think it should since its a GREAT 2v2 map) the BFG has to be enabled for the railgun to spawn.. I don't see a big problem with using bfg in dm2 since its not that difficult to avoid anyways or you can just have a gentleman's agreement not to use it but you'll still have to enable it

also a few maps i think would be fun in 2v2:
