Exceeding the speed limit??

Once in a while during play a console message will come up indicating "player x was frozen for exceeding the speed limit".  What is that?

If I am not mistaken I think this is a part of q2admin speedcheat detection , if a player lags then zips across the room it thinks a person is running a hack and freezes them for a period of time.

I don't think it actually freezes anyone though,  could be wong

I've hacked that message out of q2admin now.  I just need to restart some servers that are still running the old version (like vanilla...)
