There are plenty,actually.

A lot of the homemade level packs out there can be played co-oporativly...I have a few and here is the place where you can get them:

So far I know that Forces of Evil III/IV,Crater's Edge ,and the Powersphere quest are Cooprative...just read the readmes to see if they are set up for it.

And also I stumbled across this website,with persistant servers devoted to coop and stat-keeping too:

We tried running co-op q2 on tastyspleen.net:27915 about a month ago, but had to discontinue it due to stability problems.  It kept crashing every 10-15 minutes.
