Google tells me it's a client, looks like it just cleans up the codebase and adds some high-res effects. Looks like a dead project.

back in the xquake days, Pretzel was working on that, trying to replace all the textures with hi-rez textures.

looks like I never uninstall anything

I did a few skins in low and some in high for q2ice

OMG Erica, is that Intel "Extreme" graphics in the lower right hand ???
I used that to play Q2 for about the first 2 years on an E-Machine.

But yeah, I use it as a dev platform for Torque stuff (even though it's a demonically old version), do to my impending position at GarageGames. The servers aren't active too often, but I ping it every once in a while.

Eh... hehe... well... kinda... Those are *cough* freeware (freeware meaning illegally downloaded torrents

) I'm not sure if it would work for multiplayer, I've never tried. When I downloaded the torrents, some of the comments talked about how CoD4 only worked on cracked servers, and I don't recall anything about CoD5, I got that before it officially released. If it'll work for multiplayer, sure, I'm down.
