You can start a clan two ways.
Tou can recruit like a mother, as BTF did, claiming only to be a clan of guys who want to have a good time and play Q2
Or you can take a while, meet some people, develope some friendships and turn that into a clan.
You are doing neither.  You are jumping into games, targeting players and adding them to your clan.
You will not last very long IMO.  Taunting established clans right out of the gate is no recipe for success.
It's the sign of failure and noobishness.
