WSVG finals: Toxic > Fatality

The World Series of Video games Q4 finals was played last night.  Fatality came out of the Loser's bracket to face Toxic in the finals.  Fatality beat toxic 2-0 in maps the first round, but had to beat him again since it was double elimination.  Toxic won the second set  2-1, with an OT game in there.  Both players are proven winners with great mental toughness.  Videos of the matches will probably be up on ggl.com eventually.

A lot of top players have been praising Q4 lately, saying the new 1.3 patch has made a huge difference.  I watched several of the matches on tsncentral yesterday, and I will say that despite the semi-low quality of the vids, the games were pretty entertaining.

The q4 scene is becoming more interesting as the top dogs are rediscovering what it means to be playing a tactical game, and I'm glad toxic is coming up quickly
