Yeah... I've emailed xquake's owner... Sometimes he's on business trips and can take days to get back to the office to reboot the server. 

But it should be back up pretty soon... hopefully...

when it comes back make it a rocket arena server, after all it is called arena.xquake.net, we dont want to get sued for false advertising, kthxbi

I've tried to contact xquake's owner a few times now, but still no response. 

Considering starting up an xquake-alike server on tastyspleen....  (But you'd get there via "goto xquake" not connect xquake.net ...)

Any chance of running a server with just the stock dm maps?

Servers of that sort run full most of the time, and i love the stock dm maps.  Any room on tasty spleen for such a thing?

I can set up 1 of my servers with these exact settings if you guys would like. If you guys will play there that is. If anyone is interested let me know here and I will change the settings for dm1-dm8 with whatever you guys want. I just took my main server down due to noone ever playing there ;(

This server I run is on a really good connection on a really nice computer, it's not on someone's pII 350 with a cable connection or anything like that. So there won't be any lag for anyone at all. The only problem some of you might have is you might ping kinda high being that the server is in California.

Anyways...  Let me guys know what you think, if I get enough interest I'll start this server back up. It would be nice to have someone actually play on this high quality server I have. It's available and has been for quite some time. It'd be really nice to be able to have people take advantage of this.
