Not new, but first time I've done this jump in a long time so didn't expect to land it
(doublejump from shards to the smalledge by water)

too lazy to load up the demo but from the description i think i know what jump you're talking about.. you did it with 90fps? i can never do it

lol with my piece of shit computer i have to go 20-30 fps and i do make the jump, but its like i teleport up there rofl

its not so tricky with 66 but i use 95 and its a bit of a pain, isnt a skill jump by any means, just flukish sorta

The tweaking of cl_maxfps for single jumps is the main reason jumpmod isn't very appealing to me, remember wootwoot back in the days even switched from gl_mode to software then back to gl_mode so he could get the perfect fps for a certain jump. Just makes the mod so distant from how you play the game. Good for learning the moves though and perfecting the strafejumps. I do change fps for certain maps to avoid gluestep or to be able to do cratejumps on q2dm6/q2dm8, but else it's left unchanged.
But yeah, it's a flukish jump, but still fun to make it because I never do :>

ya hallways is only map i bother changing fps, 120 does nicely for all the boxes im sure u know. i like how theres only the 1 jump on edge that requires a different fps, (water crack to rockets)
