Like Haunted, I dont believe there is a hell.
I mean...eternity is a long time. How can anyone (God) be that cruel
to sentence mankind to eternal suffering for simply being immoral.

anyhow, in that book "And Eternity" people go to hell to atone and suffer equal to what they did in life.
After you were all done you went to heaven, IF you didnt get stuck on a partiular one.

Whole series of those books was a fun read, god/satan/heaven/purgatory/death...time/fate/war, touches on alot of stuff

i agree with TMF, hell is people

the only interaction i usually get with other people is at work, other than that i stay by myself (cept when i cant avoid my girlfriend), cant stand those scum-nosed mehums, annoying, filthy, abhorrent creatures in every respect of the word

I read (well use to read) alot of peirs anthony novels.
Mostly when I was a teenager I would read his Xanth series...

I just thought that was kinda funny you mentioned him.
Maybe I'll read this 'And Eternity' novel too...

some of the Xanth series was fucking great

ill have to check up on his other stuff... being older im not sure ill relate as much, unless he matures more than some of his characters did

the incarnations of immortality series seems a 'lil' more adult than the Xanth series

But!..I wouldnt go with And Eternity first. On a pale horse is the first one I think.
Its about Death, and kinda an introduction for the whole series.
He seemed to write about God, and finally the devil, as the climax

I read every last Xanth novel. borrowed A spell for chamelion when I was like 10-13, hooked after that.

Would make for a good set of movies, nothing like Lord of the rings, but close.
Tons of space for special effects, one way paths that dissapear as you walk them,
not to mention EVERYBODY has a magic talent of some sort.
Even centaurs, but dont try and tell them that.

I read not only his Xanth series ( most of them aswell ) but also his ' The Apprentice Adept' series which was odd to say the least.

well all his books are odd, lol but good.
but I did a search on the 'Incarnations of Immortality' series and I see that the book you talked about Reflex is the LAST of the series LOL.... maybe in a year I'll of read it. haha....

Only did Juxtaposition, out of phase, and unicorn point

I loved how they dealt with arguements,

Where each person made selections on kind of game they would play,
then the computer would pick a competition for them to do based on both persons likes.

hehe, and only like a dozen people were allowed to wear clothing.

My living HELL thats easy dude think if u were 16 had more pimples than hair.. were horrrrible at any videogame u touched..
were so anti social ur skin is a light green from lack of sun.. your so emo even sad commericals will make u cry at the drop of a hat... thats right what if u had to live the rest of ur life as ADRENaline!!!!! OMG terrifying!!!!!!!!!!

my personal hell? life without my penis, i am certain a great many would mourn its loss too, it would publicized even more so than 9/11 on cnn, and many, many devastated females would fill the equivalents of the great lakes with their tears, hence my personal hell would be one that would engulf the world as we know it, so before you all go to bed, do not forgot to mention my penis in your prayers
