SkinEd was a pretty good program back in its time, but it is pretty outdated now.
One nice thing it can do though, is sharpen and blurr effects on the pcx in 256 colors.
It is pretty invaluable for that purpose.

Im gonna try and upload it as and attachement.
That way anyone who wants it can get a copy.

Try putting it in a zip file, Duke. If its a really big file (4 meg or bigger) its hit or miss.

It is a zip, but it timed out or encountered some kind of problem.
I emailed it to work and will let the t1 do the uploading tomorrow

A while back I tried to post "Quake 2 Done Quick" which is around 4 meg I think. I gave up after 3 tries. A link was the only solution.

(Oh btw, for sharing bigger files I use this handy little tool, called HJSplit. It works just like the old 'span multiple floppy disks' method, but this program splits any file type, regardless of size and lets you choose the split size.
So for instance if you'd like to upload a 4 meg attachment you can use HJSplit to slice it up and upload the parts as seperate attachments. It lets you specify the size of the splits so for a 4 meg file you could use a size of something like 1,5 Mb and you end up with 3 parts:
filename.zip.001 [1,500kb]
filename.zip.002 [1,500kb]
filename.zip.003 [1,000kb]

Then when all parts are downloaded they can run hjsplit and select the "Join" option so the parts become one zipfile again. Of course both sender and reveiver need to have this tool, so upload it also or just use the link from this post. In theory this should work, but file types like .001, 002 etc are probably not allowed...)

I have hjsplit, in fact Recycled sent it to me

The skined file was around 2.7meg, I am still kind of puzzled at why it would not upload.
