To be kicked or not to be kicked

Hello all,

I was directed here by someone in the IRC channel to see if I can get some help.
I'm trying to connect to a few of the tastyspleen.net game servers.  Specifically the DM and the RA2 servers.  But I am not able to.  I get kicked.  I've tried a couple different clients (r1q2, the latest version and a version before that,  and aq2)  and both clients get me kicked.  The farthest I've ever gotten is that I spawned once for a split second than kicked.

So any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You're caught in a subnet ban, targeting two different cheaters on your ISP.

I am having a similar issue tried the q2ace and the r1q2 same issue that would not be a comcast subnet would it?
