Is there any chance that 'more active' players can be given low level admin powers, just as simple as silencing powers? I know there is a few people making issues of the constant spam and voting in the tasty jump server, I am also annoyed by it. I'm not going to use names. Pointless messages that are aimed at no one and not expecting a reply, then repeated two or more times in a row is conciderd spam, right? Not just four messages in a row, also, continuing messages one or two words at a time.
If new admins are already being apointed then it's all good, I'm in the server alot and the amount of times I have seen spam without anything being done about it because of the democratic voting system is way too many. If there was any problems with the new admins like silencing without a decent reason the player would only have to get evidence and report it here or to another 'higher' admin.

Ok great, well now you've just encouraged me to go get into top 10. Haha, well atleast I'll try... It's not as easy as some think to play quake while your high, it's always fun though.

how about u just get rid of the 2 or 3 people on jump mod that are actually a prob, just bann them from jump. there's tones of jump servers and other servers for them to play on if they wanna fuk up ts jump mod

Agreed. The jump server sucks ass because it's controlled by 3 little kids. Yesterday evening/last night was no exception. One would vote a map then leave (of course the vote would be successful and happen within ~5 minutes of the map starting). The rest of the time they would just vote and vote and vote. Enough is enough. Why do a couple of friggin 11 - 12 year olds control the jump server, when _everyone_ else is just there to play? They are not there to play. They are there to piss people off and babble incessantly.
