Why does this happen??

There are times when I'm jumping on that big revolving barrel in Q2DM6 or getting on an elevetor and then boom, I find myself turned around 180 for no apparent reason!  What is up with that??

If you're standing next to a corpse, and the corpse gets squished and explodes, the explosion can reorient you even though you don't take damage from it.

I usually end up taking the damage from shooting a wall right after I hear the lift blocked,
and know im not going up,  but unaware im facing a new direction as I fire

never had that happen on dm6 though, but I dont play it much...

I don't think this has ever happened while a corpse is nearby.  However, a weapon have been close and when a weapon is crushed it does explode so that could explain it.
