Why is the 4th Tournament STILL going on?

did any teams actually complete enough matches to make a final round for tourney 4?

Let's all try and remember that this area of the forum is for making tournaments happen,
not just slamming each other back and forth with insults and homo-pics.
Feel free to run over to the "General Smack Talk" section and be dickheads, since it's not really helping anything get done here.

I'd assume that you all want to play in a tourney at least 1 more time before this game is so old that there's no-one left to play, but you might never have another if you can't get this old one closed up and behind you. Driving people away from the community with frequent insults and flaming isn't gonna help anyone, and in the long run, it will definitely not make more people play on the servers or in the tourneys.

Agreed completely, please ignore the Brit child who posted after you.  This tournament should have been scrapped long ago.  This should never have lasted this long.  I tried telling everyone that a 2vs2 would never work out right, but I gave in to their whining and made it so.  This community is just not committed enough to have something such as a 2vs2 tournament.

Once again I apologize to the people out there who wanted to enjoy a fun tournament, but you can only do so much.

We do need to close out the tourney.   Both novice and sport should conplete.  Pro either needs to be scrapped or teams shuffled.

jagermonsta, I agree!  All they were doing is crying about me!  Good point!

Bigwig~, Laurelin is one of the very few people in this community that I have no issue with.  I have nothing to bad to say about him as he gave me the opportunity to be a ref in the first place.  I may have copied what he did, but I went beyond the call since you are looking at the person who reffed 30+ games in the third tournament.

haunted, my "Later folks!" thing is just my way of saying "goodbye for now!".  I don't see why you had to quote it unless you thought I was "leaving" the thread completely each time.  If you have a problem with me, then stop turning on your computer, loading up your web browser, going to tastyspleen.net, clicking on forums, scrolling down to "Matches - Quarter Finals", and reading/responding to "Why is the 4th Tournament STILL going on?" (by Kobra).  Sorry if my 1's and 0's make such an impact.
