Watched that in it's entirety for the first time this weekend. I think it was on AMC... I had always seen bits and pieces before that. Good flick.

There's a whole host of other Planet of the Apes movies out there too. They seemed to get progressively weirder though. None were as good as the first. ...although I'm hesitant to call a movie with Charlton Heston "good". He's been in several good movies, but I wouldn't really call his brand of acting good, just like I wouldn't call many actors of that era "good". For example, Humphrey Bogart. Many think that Casa Blanca was a terrific movie, (I do too to some extent) but I've always thought Humphrey Bogart was very over-rated as an actor.
