Ok it wasn't Masta it was Detector botting again...

incredibly obvious botting, he goes for railgun everytime... never misses when im in the lead and he needs to kill me.

here's his pov, wallhack is obvious, i dont care about that so much since 7/10 q2 players are using that sadly, but botting is too much, he needs to be banned, and detector is back on tourney servers he is supposed to be banned.

Granny, I've known you about as long as I have been playing at tasty.

You have called just about every good player I know a hack, I didnt believe you then,
and still dont for the most part, but here, I will agree with you.

I noticed it a lil bit back playing him, "your mg just aint right man"

I have demoed him on numerous ocasions since, never got anything concrete enough to analyze.
He hardly EVER used chain or mg, and the rail I just couldnt tell. But it was SICK.

Just a quick note as I'm in a deadline crunch at work.

I did watch the demo but I can't take the time to really study it, at the moment. I will note that the anti-wallhack protection was ON... so any standard wallhack would not work. (Not to say more sophisticated wallhacks don't exist, I just haven't seen one myself yet.) I didn't see any really wallhacky looking shots though.

As far as aimbot, man, I'd love a q2 client that had DVD-like controls for demo watching. We can use timescale to skip forward, but I really want a skip-back.. Even if it can't play backward, just jump back N seconds... and an A-B repeat.

If anyone who is good with KeyGrip would like to make tiny clips of what they feel are the the most "aim-botty" looking shots, essentially so they can be looped and viewed repeatedly, that might be a big help.

Any good player is going to make strange shots that seem like wallhacks simply from past happenings/sophisticated spam/ mindless spam/ or simply those "feel" shots that noone can really explain. Basically what im trying to say is since Granny ONLY plays dm1 for the most part (for like 6+ years) I feel pretty confident in saying that he probably has a pretty good knowledge of the game and the way things tend to play out in q2dm1 battles. I didn't watch the demo but I am 99.999999999999% sure that granny does not wallhack.

Yes, I watched both POV's, and when I saw that shot, I made a mental note to remind Granny that these are the precise kinds of shots he cries wallhack about, when people make them on him.

well he wasnt on masta's ip, his ping was different, and he was botting. it turns out it was detector using his name from what ive gathered. can u confirm it wasnt masta's ip quadz? he was supposed to be banned from tourney servers if i remember correctly, but he's been playing all day and it didn't click in until i seen the real masta at tourney4 with the right ping and movement.

I don't have time tonight, but let me know which demo you're referring to, that I should check. Basically I need to see some conversations in the demo, so I can find where it took place in the server logs.

detect0r is not banned; someone did post a demo a few weeks ago but it wasn't obvious to me. Additional demos are welcome...

Haven't had time to watch the entire demo, just that short clip provided by reflex. It does indeed look pretty suspicious, especially the chain from lift to sg-area (which actually looks pretty ugly).

Anyway, I'll watch the whole demo when I get back from work

that's a good start for sure reflex, but his rg was where the botting came into play mostly. u wil see in the demo that everytime im in the lead he jumps in for rail, i was stacked with control and said rail bot wont work on me, and he jumps in water and says "oh ok" and very obviosuly walls and bots me at the same time to gain the lead again.

if u could cut it to everytime he jumps in the water, that's where the most obvious shit is. it was always 3 rails in a row that came 1 after another at the speed that tells me the button was held down, no one aims by holding the button down with rg, unless the bot aims for u
