anybody worked with server demos?

Howdy,

We're thinking of recording server demos of the tournament matches, at least the final matches for instance.  Server demos contain all the info. necessary to re-cam the match from any angle, but require special editing tools to do so.  I've never worked with server demos before, but I thought it might be neat to be able to produce re-cam'd versions of the final tourney matches showing all the action from all the best angles.  Can anyone recommend any tools for editing server demos?
