upperpalace issue

i know this can sound maybe alittle spammy with problems so sorry for that. But i having a problem i really cant figure out im total stuck  It is on upper palace i have to find a datacd there but i have seeked whole area out without succes it have to be something i miss here. I founded a forcefield cd and deactivate that but i dont find the datacd i post a screenie. maybe someone could help me here

hmm I get a little foggy here.  I know you have to find a data spinner and a cd.
I know they are both upstairs.  when you do find one or the other, make sure you return to
the control panel and deposit them.  That allows soemthing to be activated to get the other.
I know one item is in that upstairs room that has the walkways going up and the big pool of water below.
The other is in the upper palace in the area that is outside and has the center platfomr with the
cyborgs lobbing grenads at you.  You have to get up there to reprogram the communications array
or something like that.

i have finded 1 of them and returned to controlpanel and activate it but i cant find the datacd i just cant find it i seeking everywhere on upperpalace but it just dont seems to exist. the waterpool i dont find eigher

The only Issue there is with Upper Palace, is that it isn't on the rotation more often.  Can you say  Best Multiplayer map EVER?
