You're a tard tranny, you obviously dont know shit if you think biceps effect bench, because they arent used at all in the exercise (triceps are barely used). And those 'chest wings' you refer to are called lats. Yeah I know i got big lats, if i flare them out and jump off the top of a building i can glide down to the ground they are so fucking big.

Its not impossible for metal to bench 340 at 190, ive seen some small dudes bench alot, granted they use bad form and dont go all the way down but its highly highly unlikely. If you really want to know I did 225 x 8 on an incline bench when I was extremely carb depleted while cutting.

dude, lats arent used AT ALL in benching. They are a pulling muscle, not pushing. I assume thats what you are refering to as 'wings'. Your front deltoid will get used slightly in benching if you have bad form. But from looking at that pic of you and your female escort for the night in your avatar picture, your neck appears to be smaller than hers which = not good. I think you are a needle-dick stickboy.

soso, arm length does matter, the "the location of your muscle's attachment to the bone, relative to the joint" is completely irrelevant to bench press, as this is extremely similar amongst most non-deformed human beings. larger frame yes, but in general, longer arms, no. this is an undeniable fact. stick to sarcasm and funny comebacks.

krez, i do slow reps, all the way down, all the way up, no spotter. i should really make a movie of it sometime and post it, i dont know how i'd go about doing it but yeah.. i never do incline press, but bench i've done 225 around 16 i believe.. i just to bench, decline (dumbells) incline (dumbells) some pec-deck, and cable crosses. nothing major. its not like what i bench is some incredible amount.. plenty of people have me beat, i have no reason to lie..

lol granny i tried to post a second time to follow up another one, and you had posted a reply to my original post in between my two consequtive posts.. you have no argument.

and in general, as far as benching.. without a doubt it depends on your form, but 1. chest 2.triceps 3. lats (krez is right except fo the hardcore power lifters that go for nothing but max.. if you arch your back a lot, which i never do, your lats are definitely a help in bench.. for me, not an issue.) biceps and various other muscles only matter for stability and have very little to do with the press.

i love how i can turn this into a weightlifting forum.
