Regular theme doesn't display correctly...only Helios seems to work

On a whim, I tried loading the regular theme for this board (whatever its name was), but none of the graphics displayed.  Just placeholder icons.  Only the board default Helios theme would display.  Problemo on that?

It'll take me the rest of my life (which isn't long now that I'm over 21) to figure out a new forum navigation....
