Yes, amazing frag..... question is, when you shot that, were you going for the air rocket?  And I wish the emote was more like when you hit someone with the grenade launcher, where your target is "popped" by the nade if the nade actually makes contact, but they are "shredded" when it's just due to the blast being close enough.  Is it clear whether a rocket itself actually makes direct contact with the person or just a blast from hitting a nearby wall/ground?

Yes, I was trying to hit him falling down. I saw him jump backwards and took a chance on he jumping into water. It's not so rare that people fall down when running away backwards like that. Was really suprised it hit though. It's a whole lot of luck though, since I fired the shot before even seeing him fall down. And wasn't even aware of it being a direct hit untill watching the demo afterwards.
